If I wore a little linen black dress with casual black heels to class..would that be too much?

It is a small law class where many people dress casual. The dress is sort of sheer and very italian looking, I love it!…I just don’t want to look like I am trying to hard…What do ya think?

It sounds good for law class.
Black is a nice color for that kind of stuff.
