Can a Wide Receiver use a Bullring?

I am a wide receiver for my high school team and 75% of the time I’m blocking the cornerback. I’m pretty good at blocking but I was thinking about using a bullring to help me out. I am just unsure if it’s legal for me to latch my face mask to the cornerback via the bullring. Can I use a bullring or no?
