what type of saddle for a tennessee walker?

After trying every saddle in the book (basically) I ended up with a Bob Marshall for my high withered, long backed, and somewhat swayback TWH mare. It did fine but now she seems sore where the back of the saddle hits. I don’t have a Skito with it. Also, I moved to Washington state and do ALOT of steep up and downhill. Do I need a different kind of saddle or would a Skito make it work?
