Is the UFL slated for Doom?
I have just watched my first 5 minutes of this leaugue on TV – California vs Florida games.
Here is what I noticed:
Horrible Jerseys – One Team has Blue and Green pastel uniforms and the other has Blue and Green pastel uniforms? Wretched bad!
There are no seats behind the blue teams bence. I barely caught one side of the bleachers and saw zero seats occuppied, no a misprint – ZERO.
QB Boyd looked terrible – threw to off target ducks.
A 68 yeard punt return resulted in zero crowd reaction – ZERO.
I just saw a camera panning the crowd – I guesstimate 20% of seats are filled in the entire staium.
Announcer got excited (way too much) at a succesful on side kick – came across as real Mickey Mouse and not a real analyst
meant to say one team is blue and green and the other team is green and blue pastel.
Also, Boyd threw 2 wobbly ducks way off target.
Yes and all of the reasons you listed. It looks fake and cheap. Uniforms are ugly. No crowds. This cannot be a success. The program is in america were there is already domination in the NFL… seriously what were they thinking…
