Question about buffer tube/receiver extension?

I am trying to buy a stock for my M&P 15 OR. I am wondering if the M&P’s come with commercial or mil-spec tubes? I checked the end of the tube and there is no 5 degree angle, and the diameter is 1 1/8 in. The only problem is, on a picture here:

Smith & Wesson uses a Mil-Spec (1.14″ dia.) receiver extension on the M&P-15 rifle.
