I’m 16years old and since the last 2 days my rightside of my balls started hurting??!?? ?

At the time I jerked off4days in arow now it’s the second day,,,1st day it stung like a sharp pain came home wnt 2 bathroom chked they were red and had I very small pimpli/zit,,acne??? This morning 2nd day they hurt again took shower gtting rdy 4 school whn water hit testicles it burned and as of now 11.32 pm I chked again and there reddish black I’m from northindia ,,,skin color white/tan in between so it’s weird to have skin turning that odd color…..,,,,the right side kinda looks like skin is burned and skin is not moist and it’s dryish….lol…. But seriously I dnt wanna die a virgin plzzzzzz help me nd I dnt wanna show dr. (unless haveto)plzzzzzz.. Helppppp!!! NYC
