seeking Colt .22 magnum cylinder sesquicentennial, Mfg 52817B part #189810?

I purchased this pistol in 1969 with the gold inlay commemorative grips, .22lr in custom case and wish I had purchased both cylinders.
Any help out there?

You may be totally out of luck. I would call Colts custom shop and see if one might be available. If they have one or can make one it will have to be fitted to your revolver.
