Who makes the best version of the model 1911?
Kimber, S&W, Colt, Springfield, Wilson – they all make a version of the venerable Model 1911 .45acp. Who makes the best one?
I’d say Kimber or Colt. Never handled a Wilson Combat, so I can’t really speak to their performance. I’ve never heard anything bad about them though.
