Which is better, and which should I get?

I was going to buy a Daniel Defense EZ-Car handguard, with a GG&G foregrip. The two together add up to about 180. Then today i found a deal on a Knights Armament RAS with the Knights Foregrip, and grip panels for 190. These together add up to about 470. So which should I get, Knights RAS, or Daniel Defense?
