After the Supreme Ct. struck down 2 gun control laws, who do leftists say there are no threats to gun rights?

You’ve heard this one, right? Leftists say “no one is trying to take away your gun rights”. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has had to strike down 2, count ‘em 2, gun control laws (D.C. and Chicago) and the hippy dippy leftists on the court of course sided with the laws based on frivolous leftist logic and not the law. So why on earth do leftists say such nonsense?

Great point. Considering that the libs have literally put forth HUNDREDS of gun control laws across this country since the Brady Bill passed, it is ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS to pretend that the dems on the whole do not want to take guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens.

Eduar and Cob…no the Supreme Court PROTECTED citizens from liberals wanting to take guns from law abiding citizens. I would suggest a class in reading comprehension.

To the thumbs down…where am I wrong. There HAVE been literally hundreds of attempts across the country. Most are thwarted almost immediately because of their radical nature and a few make it to the point where the news picks it up.

Alex…so what if they are being used for entertainment? I have fun going to the gun range or skeet shooting from time to time. Where is the trouble there? Also, you worry about a civil war? Try to take MY guns and you will have one. The Constitution guarantees my right to keep and bear arms. I WILL protect that right with my guns.

Beardog…hooray for ANY judge when they are on the side of the Constitution. So many have not been lately, it is refreshing when they are.
