I can’t sell my bag on world of warcraft.?
I’v sent in help tickets to try to get help, but the answers i recieve just confuse me more.
the problem: i cannot sell bags that i have equpped. the first answer to this problem i got was to empty them, then click and drag the bag icon to a empty slot or to the bag you want to switch it out with. It didn’t work. then, they wow ticket answers gave me a really confusing answer. ” if you used a custom installer, unstall it, If you didnt, rename files wtf/cache/and interface to wtf-old/ etc, then restart. not only do i have no idea how it would help, i did it anyway and nothing changed. they said look for “addons” on my character screen. it wasnt there. make sure i was using wow.exe or launcher.exe to lauch program. dont know how to find tht. i need help, because it’s really annoying to have to keep going back and forth to whereever i am atm to the nearest seller because all i have is 4 and 6 slot bags.

Are the bags you are trying to sell or move empty themselves?
Basically the ticket means that you need to check the integrity of some of the files.
Okay so to check you using launcer or actual wow.exe… when you open wow you open from the shortcut right? If you do then right click the logo and click properties and then in the ‘target’ bar look at the last part it should say something like this > Program FilesWorld of WarcraftLauncher.exe.
If it does then you are using the Launcher.
The other files are located in the World of Warcraft folder.
Go to .. My computer > Hard Drive > Program Files > World of Warcraft. Then you should see folders called ‘WTF’ , ‘cache’ and ‘interface’.
It would be better to copy the WTF and cache folders and save them in a new folder somewhere in your documents first (so you have backup copies) and then simply delete the two folders out of the World of Warcraft folder.
Try the game and see if it has made and difference.
If you havent downloaded any Addons for the game then I wouldnt bother with the interface folder as of yet. Try the first two first
