Extended Slide
I am redesigning closet doors and need some ideas!?
For an engineering design class, I am redesigning closet doors that slide on a double track, therefore preventing both sides from being used simultaneously.
My redesign includes bifold doors that are on an extended track and can retract into the wall.
I was wondering if anyone can think of similar designs on an international scale of either the original design or the redesign.
For example, I have alraedy decided to use international stadiums with retractable roofs to compare to the redesign. More or less, it is the original design that is giving me difficulty, but I welcome any ideas!
Also, if anyone can think of the designs from a historical perspective, that would be awesome.
