Fiberforce Dragunov

Is the ATI dragunov stock for Ruger 10/22 compatible with all open sights?

I was going to buy an Advanced Technology (ATI) Dragunov stock (also known as the Fiberforce stock) for the Ruger 10/22 but I’m a little confused on how the sights work with it. I currently use Truglo fiber optic sights and it looks as though the stock covers the dovetail on the barrel for the rear sight. I do plan on buying a scope eventually, but I prefer the option to have open sights. Can anyone tell me how the sights work with this stock?

I have that setup for my 10/22, you can use your open sight. You will have to get a high scope mount that you can see under the scope.
