Question about the Titan FIE .25 cal?
I’ve been looking for a gun. I know a little about what guns are good and stuff. Use to own quite a few but got rid of them all. Anyways, someone is selling me a Titan FIE .25 cal for $60, is that a good deal? I know they are cheap guns and everything and not highly rated but how good are they and what do you think about them?
Offer him $50 if you must have it. Really, for a little more than $300 you can buy a high quality Ruger Elsie P (LCP) .380 Auto, or Beretta Model 3032 Tomcat in .32 acp. The .25 Auto has very limited applications, I mean its good if you’re gonna hunt rabid butterflies and such! Instead I would put the $60 down on the LCP or even the Tomcat. Get it out in 90 days and use Federal Hydra Shok in the Elsie or Winchester Silvertips in the kitty-cat and you have a viable defensive weapon. That .25 acp will kill but perhaps not deter a determined aggressor before he can do you serious bodily harm. In other words, the coroner may end up examining two bodies rather than just one. What’s your life worth?
