how to mix fire proof mortar?

HI,
i`m planing to build a wood fired outdoor pizza oven.
I have a bit of problem to find details how to mix proper fire proof concrete or mortar or clay or what ever in need to build actual dome for pizza oven.Don`t like to use bricks.
Does anyone know ingredients for that mixture.

all concrete is fireproof to a certain extent…as long as you dont cook your pizza at 2000 degrees you should be ok with concrete…i still think firebrick or even a standard solid red brick is your best bet…
