How do pressure switches mount to your weapon?

Kind of a silly question, but to pressure switches for a tactical flashlight have a self-contained adhesive that connect them to your receiver to mount? If not, what is the accepted method to mount the switch?

most will come with either adhesive backed velcro (one side sticks to gun, one to switch, so it can be removed) or double-sided tape, elsewise you can stick it however you want, if it was to be a permanent installation i’d say epoxy, otherwise duct tape works. ><
