I have a tmobile cliq with android flex pay plan, should I upgrade or stay?

I’m a 16 year old tech head! I like the cliq but it’s kinda small to me. Maby the g1? It’s cheap. But I want something smiliar to the iPhone or htc hd2 but thier to expensive. Which android phone is skinny but strong and afordable. I’m paying for it not my parents. Thankz

Well both are good phones but why not wait till the MyTouch Slide comes out? its like the mytouch and G1 combined and they say its a iPhone killer! But I don’t think it will be very cheap if yo already have a plan. How about a used iPhone from ebay? or a behold II.
