Remington 870 Express Magnum Refinishing?
Hi, i have recently bought a used Remington 870 12ga Express Magnum at a gun show. The stock has a few nicks and wear spots on it, and the barrel and receiver look a little bit rusted.
The barrel has a Matte black Finish.
Was wondering what would be the best way to possibly refinish the stock and forend, or should i just buy a new one.. AND how to clean up the barrel so it looks nice and new..

The stock with sandpaper course getting finer. Than stain and polyurethane. The metal go to a hardware and get a fine steel wool. You should be able to get almost all the rust with a little steel wool and oil.
