Can a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Classic hold a full size spare on the inside back end mount?

Inside the jeep, in the back end, there is a mount for a spare tire. It has a small spare on it. Can it hold a full size?

The mount on the inside on the drivers side, mounted below the window will hold atleast a 30×9.50×15, but have heard of people fitting 31″s but it maybe a bit snug. I dont have the complete mount so my 30″ spare is laying in the rear. I plan on building a tool box around/over it so everything will be concealled and secured.
