can i join any clan for the PS3 call of duty world at war?

ok i am level 46(not in prestige)
i use springfield or kar98k scope,type 100,gewher,stg,M1 garand,MP40 if my team is losing,and i finished all the sub machines guns marksman(except PPsh),M1 garand,almost the gewher,my ratio is 0.78(my friend is 0.68 and he says he`s better than me),im a team player and i camp when im low on ammo or i know people will go where i am so i ambush them,i get an average of 13 kills per game(i know thats not much buts its better than my friend get 7 kills and 19 deaths)and my kills are always higher than my deaths,yes i had dogs before.
so if anyone can let me join,i want to play with a clan and im not a noob,i don`t use juggernaut,i use bandolier,bouncy betties,satchels,stopping power,steady aim,double tap,martyrdom,and ordaince training
im not x box im PS3 just to let you know
ok now im level 51,will i join any other clan cause i will join the clan i want to join when this is over
oh yeah my ratio improved its now 0.85,go look yourself
