Malaysian GP : Glock And Heidfeld should NOT of been changed…Read!?

So firstly,
AMAZING GP wel done Button
however, i was just watching the highlights on BBC red button,
and the race ended at the end of lap 31 yes?
on lap 31, turn one:
Glock overtook Heidfeld
Safety Car was deployed halfway through lap 31
meaning that Heidfeld could not of overtaken him?
so why did they get switched around?

Safety Car was deployed halfway in lap 31. So the last fully completed lap was lap 30. At the end of lap 30, Heidfeld was ahead of Glock, so there it is.
