Saiga .223 vs 922r compliance?

I have a saiga 223 and am getting ready to install the following parts: (all U.S. made)

922 basically says you need to have a minimum number or more American parts in a gun. That vaires by the gun and the total sum of parts but the minimum are put in by the importer before there sold. And I believe the trigger group is one of the things that they replace. So if you have more than the minimum that isnt against the law. It’s when you have less than the minimum is when it becomes illegal. As it is right now its legal, Putting in more American parts is fine
