Grip Grip
How to grip these pitches (try to include pictures)?
I have pitching tryouts and I haven’t played in a year, and I need be refreshed about how to grip and throw these pitches:

12-6 curve: how to grip
changeup: grip
This is mainly because the curveball and change up I’ve been told 6 different ways to grip it, by 6 different coaches. So help please.
