Grip Safety

Is there anyway to get a springfield xd40 compact without a grip saftey?

I hate grip safeties, but love the XD. What do i do?
Also any good XD alternatives?

Nope. Sorry. You could look at the Taurus Millennium Pro and if you want to take a step down Glock.

To be honest though the grip safety on the XDs is why it is so much better than glock. Along with the grip angle, overall feel, etc.
