With the introduction of new Compression Channel Technology, the Nike VR Tour Driver is taking performance to the next level. The defining feature of this driver is the Compression Channel, it is a hollow red channel on the sole. An increase in the overall compression of the body due to the Compression Channel produces more uniformed ball speeds off the entire club face. The ball explodes of the face of the club, due to the compression of the
channel. This produces increased ball speeds across the redesigned face. This driver has the shot shaping capabilities of a smaller headed club, while producing the power of a 460cc club head.
The Tour Velvet Full Cord Grip is fitted to all Nike VR Tour Drivers. It provides the all weather performance of Golf Pride’s exclusive Velvet Cord material for a firm, comfortable grip that allows consistent performance and playability. The Project X Graphite Shaft has been employed by Nike for the Victory Red Tour Driver. This shaft is a new high performance graphite shaft brought to you from the makers of the highly sucessful Project X steel shaft range. New technology in the Project X graphite shaft provides, optimum feel, distance, forgiveness and overall performance.
