Gun Fire

Gun Fire
How can I transcribe the sound made by a saxophone -playing machine gun fire?

Could someone help me in transcribing the sound of machine gun fire as it would be played/imitated on a saxophone? does it go something like: trrr trrr trrr, or is there a better spelling that I could use?
English is not my mother tongue, thanks for your help.
I am working on a poem about the paradoxes of a war zone, thus I really would like to have a transcription as accurate as possible (of a saxophone -playing a machine gun) as it would sound to an English speaker.
Oh Conchobor2 you have been so kind and knowledgeable , but I didn’t make myself clear, I did not mean notation, but in language (I am writing -not composing:) so it is better grrr grrrr grrr or, ta ta ta ta? Hope you can help me, need to finish this poem in an hour, and THAT sound carries the gist of poem! million thanks

Do you mean an articulated growl?

Or the tongue rapidly shutting on and off the air to the notes in a staccatto way? If it is the lattaer, than write the one note for the entire lenth of the articulation (if it lasts two beats, then use a half note for example) – and on the stem, put three bold diagonal lines through the stem.

If the articulation is in a SPECIFIC RHYTHM, then write out the notes (like if it is a string of timed 64th notes for example)

If it is a finger trill between two notes, then write it as a trill.
