Hammer Extension
How long till I grow some biceps? Really need advice!?
I’m 16, and I’ve been working out on and off for a couple of years. I’m pretty lean, but I wanna get one part of my body especially huge. My arms. I want some shirt-popping biceps, and then I’ll be happy. So here’s my new ‘Arm-based’ routine;
Day 1:
Bicep Curls (10×4)
Tricep Extensions (8×4)
Hammer Curls (10×4)
Reverse Crunches (10×5)
(Rest for a day, then Day 2)
Push Ups (7×10)
Crunches (10×5)
Bicep Curls (10×4)
Tricep Extensions (8×4)
(Rest for a day, then repeat Day 1, etc…)
So, that’s it. Please remember I’m really only focussed on getting my arms huge. I’m using two dumbbells, 20lbs each, and will increase the weight as I get more used to this routine. My diet is good, I get a good dose of everything and eat a lot (but not unhealthily). So, my question is, how long roughly d’you think it’ll take for me to notice some impressive growth? Experts and people with huge arms only, please 
If u want to grow huge arms u will need heavier dumbbells. Once your body gets used to the work out you were doing it just wont grow anymore. You need to lift heavier to tell your muscles that they are not strong enuf so they will grow bigger to accomodate your physical requirements. Increase your weight progressively
