what would be attatched if someone were to pull a human head off?

when im able to get a good grip of a cockroaches head, i get its spinal cord, lungs, and some other parts, is this true with a human being?
serious answers only plz
so you just get the windpipe and blood vessels? not the spinal cord or anything else?

Due to a humans skeletal structure, pulling human heads off only results in the windpipe and blood vessels coming out with it.

The spinal cord is usually severed.
