Softball physical?????????????? and softball advice thanks!!(:?

im on a time crunch haha. my highschool softball team needs more playrs, the season has started already. but all the players r like “come join the team” so i want to by nedt week, but i need a sports physical. i have no appointment though!! ughh haha. can urgent care do physicals?? and do you need a paper or something from the coach of a team to take to the doctors usually?? thanks for any advice(: im soo stressed and i am not expierienced with softball, i had a practice with a pro a couple weeks ago and she said i was good, if i wanted to join the team id be fine. help me , please!!! hha thanks again
