Conversion of heat generated in high power LED to light /electric energy?

A high power LED lamp produce a lot of heat which if converted may be used as light or electric energy

is there a question here?

maybe you want to put the bulbs in water, and let ‘em generate steam and turn a generator?
maybe you’ll just have to be satisfied with the efficiency of LED bulbs as they are.
