What gun grip (i.e. Hogue, Nill, etc.) could make a Sig P226R fit a small hand?

None.

You can try the “short trigger” that is available from the factory but it doesn’t help all that much. I have one on mine.

Having carried a police issue 226 every day since 1988 the best advice I can give you is to trade it in for a Glock (if you need a big gun) or a Kahr (if a small gun will do).

If you must have a Sig, try the 225, a single column magazine version of the 226.
