I’m 18 and ready to buy my second gun, a 10/22 target/plinking rifle…?

Should I get the target tactical with the Hogue OverMolded stock, bipod, and 16 inch barrel or should i get a ruger target rifle with a synthetic wood stock and a 20inch barrel. I know I’m going to buy a Nikon rim fire scope that I’ll be using for shots under 100 yards. Please consider that this is a 10/22 and I just want to know the target tactical is compromising accuracy for its compact and tacti cool look=)

“If” – and I mean 100% ‘if’ the target or tacticool or target model is 110% what you ever hoped or dreamed in a Ruger 10/22 – then get it.
