How much should I deduct for Home Office?

Hi I live in a 4 bedroom house.
1 of the bedrooms I turned into a full blown office, and it’s use for nothing else but that, because I work from home as a freelanced designer.
I rent this home for $2,600 a month.
What portion of this rent that I pay can be deducted as a business expense of a home office?

Either divide the rent by the total number of rooms, or measure the square footage of the room and the square footage of the entire house (just the living space, not basement, attic or garage) and take the percent of the rent that the room is of the total space.
