Found a wurkeze 1 brass hand bilge pump buried in the dirt by a lake. Does anyone know about them?From 19?
I have not been able to find any more information on this pump. I did find a similar force pump on the internet from 1905. It’s very old looking with a bass and wood handle on top , with a inlet on the bottom and an outlet on top both are threaded . There is also a small foot peg on the bottom. I think it is a very interesting item and would like to know more about its history. What an awesome find!
They were worth $2.10 ea in Vancouver in 1912.
