how do you break in a leather gun holster? gun is way tight?

what is the best way to break in a gun holster, gun is tight in the holster, this is a leather inside the waste band concealed holster

I put Neat’s Foot Oil on the Holster for my K 22.It is an oiled leather holster. worn out side. This oil soften leather and is used on oiled leather,to soften. If you use it you will have oiled leather.Edit my thumb up
