What is the best style of open carry holster is best for kimber raptor?
i have a full size kimber raptor II that i would have to carry UN-concealed. wondering what style of holster to get.

I own a Bianchi leather retention holster for my Kimber 1911. It has served me well for Open Carry since it is very visible and very secure. It uses the loops on your belt to hold the holster on your waistline. It also has a retention system. It locks your weapon in by securing a latch inside the trigger guard and the weapon can only be released by pressing the release button with your middle finger while drawing the gun. It is very difficult to disarm someone using this holster type since it only draws in one direction and requires pressing the retention tab.
I tried to take the gun away from my girlfriend to test it’s security and it was very difficult to say the least, especially since she wasn’t trying to stop me from grabbing at it. If someone were to try to take it off of you, trust me you would know, and have a great chance of fighting back and keeping your weapon secure.
