How long does the nutrients of a fruit take action on your body?

So I heard eating watermelons helps to make a stronger erection. I just ate a lot just now. How long would it take for these nutrients to actually go into action?

Would it take like 2 hours to take effect? A day? How long?

When you answer you can refer to another fruit and another beneficial effect it has on the body or on your health…not just about watermelons giving you a stronger erection

it varies depending on the nutrient and it’s target in the body/mechanism of action on that target. most of the nutrients have to be delivered to the body consistently and in long term (i.e. at least one or two months) before you feel any benefits. Berries are great for your general health. Bananas are a quick boost of energy, and great for concentration.
