Should i tell my wife about our gay son?
I caught my son holding hands with another boy, and i found a gay mag in his room, and he doesn’t know i know. But should i tell my wife (his mum) or keep it to myself, i mean, she has a right to know, and i have to tell someone, it’s such huge news. So any advice?
If it was me, I wouldnt.
It depends on a couple of things really. What is your relationship to your son? can you talk to him? What is your wifes view on homosexuality? Is there any point telling her if she will just be mad?
Also, what if your son isnt gay? I know it seems he is, but you could be jumping to conclusions. He might be experimenting, which a lot of teenagers do, or he might be Bisexual.
There are alot of things to consider before telling your wife. But if you feel she will be excepting of this, then you could bring her into the loop.
