Only 36% more resolution at twice the cost of the 1ds Mark III. What are your thoughts on the Mamiya DL33?
Yeah, I understand the “nuts and bolts” of a cleaner image. Is that cleaner image worth twice the price?
I suppose that depends on what you are shooting and who’s paying for it. Certain clients might demand the accuracy of a 16-bit image to show their product.
Or, if you are already the proud owner of a shelf full of Mamiya lenses – ready to take the plunge from film to digital, you might not want to start over again with Canon.
