radar gun defence for speeding?

I got a ticket for doing 75 in a 55 mph zone. The officer used a radar gun to deternine the speed. I want to beat this ticket and am doing a written declaration as my defence. HELP ME . I have until 6-16-06……….THANKS in ADVANCE Mike in CA.

The most you can get knocked off is 7mph, that is the margin of error for most radar guns.
