And who to transport it, as well as the bubbles, from ceremony to reception? My mom is a BM and all BM and GM are going in the limo, and my gma is kinda forgetful….so I don’t know who to ask!? All my BM’s and GM are single…darnit.

When I got married I had a good friend of mine who was not in the wedding party be responsible for the bubbles, programs, aisle runner etc. Your mom, you and your bridesmaids will be too busy taking pictures and too flighty to be responsible for anything that day.
Who have you invited to your wedding that you are close to who is a pain in the butt? You know, the person who gets stuff done. THAT person. Ask that person to be responsible for the details like the bag, the bubbles, etc. It is great if you can invite that person to the rehearsal dinner too to thank them. I included my friend on the program as Bride’s assistant.
Make sure that your wedding party and vendors know who THAT person is. They’ll make sure that whoever is supposed to pass out the bubbles gets the bubbles, that your emergency kit makes its way from point A to point B, that your unity candle is put out and packed up, etc. Your ushers would go to THAT person for the aisle runner.
And THAT person would probably tell the organist/musician when you are ready to walk down the aisle. Remember, by that point, your bridesmaids will be lined up and mom & grandma will be seated.
