Polymer Grips

Polymer Grips
10/22 help please, I want a AR so I’m looking at SR-22 or buy a target 10/22 and an archangel stock?

The archangel stock is polymer plastic which is actually heavy duty and light weight. I’m not sure how it will work out with a target bull 20 inch barrel but I really want something that can group tight groups at 100 yards while looking like an AR with a pistol grip and fore grip.

On the other hand I could just buy the SR-22 and add a foregrip but the barrel doesn’t seem to be great at long ranges. I do like that it is threaded though because I’ve been thinking about getting a gem tech suppressor that is compatible with a .22 pistol and rifle.

Ultimately I want a plinking target rifle that will be used with a nikon scope to make shots around 50-100 yards. What rifle sounds better for my purpose??

The archangel stock can be used with a bull barrel, just not the “muzzle device” and bayonet mount.

As for which to get, go with the 10/22. It easily has the absolute largest aftermarket of any .22 out there, and you can do just about anything you desire with it. It’s a proven gun that’ll still be firing long after you’ve kicked the bucket.
