Marine rifle positions?

in movies they tell you where to position your rifle on your body like “left shoulder….HUH!” or “heart….HUH! can anyone tell me where to put your hands on the rifle when you take this positon i want to practice for recruit training when i go to marine basic training.

thats actually ‘left shoulder, ARMS’ and ‘PORT, ARMS’
and if you want to learn how to do the movements google for drill manuals. they usually give plenty of pictures and break down the directions very very plainly.
