The most expensive gun has to be either the Paris Gun of WWI, the German K5 Railguns of WWII or the Saddam Supergun of Project Babylon. Prices are not given, but has to be in the millions.

As far as small arms, I would think the derringer used to assassinate Abraham Lincoln or the Mannlicher-Carcano used to kill Kennedy. These are priceless as they are museum pieces now.
