Is a webley Vulcan worth £225, it comes with oak wood stock 3x9x40 scope engraved barrel and adjustable butt?

I have the opportunity to buy a webley vulcan air rifle it comes with an oak wood stock, adjustable butt plate 3x9x40 simmons scope and the barrel is engraved with shotgun patterns and a sling for £225 and if possible could you tell me the power of this gun.

I seem to remember a write up in Air Gunner magazine some years back claiming high 11s but that was on a brand new gun the only way you can really find out is to put it over a chronograph , though I’m pretty sure you can get a gas ram for the Vulcan .
Depending on the condition , I’d say it would be at the top end of the price range for a second hand Webley Vulcan .
