Fiber optic sight or bead sight for shotguns?

Which type of sight would you prefer on your shotgun…. a bead or a fiber optic

I have a Hi Viz fiber optic on my Mossberg 835, and it really makes a difference. From low light to daylight, there is a super bright dot, and you can switch out the colors for red or green. Pretty good upgrade for only a few bucks.
