Sight Lost

Should i be concerned about a 4 sec lost of sight and dizziness?

Some times i get dizzy and i cant control it . it always happens in my house or when im showering. Should i be concerned about this? (4-5 sec) 1 time every 2 days

lack of oxygen to the brain? id be down the doctors in the morning.
