How do i take the door panels off a 1988 Lincoln towncar signature series to fix the windows?

its passenger side window and the back seat driver side work, but the other two stopped. Any help?

I take it you mean the inner trims. The arm rests and window winders will have screws or clips, the trim itself should pop off its press studs at the bottom and up the sides.
