How much does a single shot rossi rifle cost?

I was wondering how much a single shot rossi costs? I was wondering about the rifles like a 243. Also do they come in 270? thanks

Suggested retail on the Rossi R-series single shot rifle is $249.00 Suggested retail. YES, they are currently available in .270 caliber and .243 caliber.
I’m a Gunsmith and Gunshop Owner and I’d like to make a suggestion here.
Instead of the Italian made Rossi, Consider the NEF U.S. made(New England Firearms) single shot (Handi) rifle. It is available in even more popular calibers.223,.243,.270,7mm-08,.280,.308,and 30-06. The retail for a new one is a bit more expensive (around $300) but the NEF is twice the quality gun that the Rossi is. There is no comparison to the NEF rifle when compared to the Rossi. The Rossi is poorly made and it not only shows in it’s appearance but also in it’s performance. The NEF on the other hand is made with quality steel and wood, the metal to wood fit is much better than Rossi is able to produce. They are almost identical but the Rossi is at the low end of the quality chart and the NEF is at the top. I’ve sold literally dozens of these NEF singles thru my shop, and to be quite honest, I have no interest in even stocking anything by Rossi when the quality NEF is available. The NEF just plain leaves the Rossi in the dust. The NEF is simple to break down and clean. The NEF comes already drilled and tapped to mount a scope of your choice. I have shot these personally and they shoot impressive groups at 150+ yards with a decent mid priced scope. NEF’s are available at leading online dealers and your local gunshop. You can’t go wrong with one of these!!
