Ruger Super Redhawk – Price check?
I am being offered a Ruger Super Redhawk in .44mag with a scope and I wanted to check what a reasonable purchase price would be. I have not seen it yet but the owner says he only shot 3 or 4 rounds through it for scoping purposes so it is in almost mint condition.
I have no idea what the characteristics of the scope are at this point.
Any help will be appreciated.
I had bought my SuperRedhawk .44 in 2005 for around $580 and the last ones I seen new were around $620 to $640. If the gun is in the shape its in I would think it be around the $600 range just for the gun but then you would have to figure in the scope. The brand new Leaupold scopes I seen could go to around $200 and the price can go down depending on the brand and power of the scope.
